Noticed you’ve started feeling more anxious than of late? That will be Pluto. Feeling irrational? That too will be Pluto. Fear of death? That is definitely Pluto…
PLUTO is now in retrograde (since 25th April)
It stays there until 4th October 2020.
Pluto is a planet of transformation and the transformation began way back in January but we will notice the greatest changes to us, the planet, other people, between now and October 4th. The full cycle ends on 25th January 2021.
Transformation with Pluto can be a messy, dramatic and challenging period. Noticed you’ve started feeling more anxious than of late? That will be Pluto. Feeling irrational? That too will be Pluto. Fear of death? That is definitely Pluto…
Now until October 4th our deepest repressed and unvoiced fears, those dark aspects of us will surface and collectively we will go through a major transformation. Some will learn how to acknowledge, transcend and release them. Some wont…
Subconsciously most humans have a deep rooted fear of change, and even though we proclaim to others that we want our life to change and move forward, we hold ourselves back, purely because we are afraid of this as yet unknown future.
We have a choice. We can choose to work “with” this Pluto Retrograde or if not, it will force us to come face to face with our fears by persistently triggering our old unhealed traumas and amplifying them until we have no option but to eventually confront them, feel them, heal them and finally let them go.
Pluto retrograde 2020 is a test of faith.
Generosity, kindness and spiritual evolution will help you come through this distressing period in better shape than most.
The planet Pluto is named after the Roman God Pluto who was the God of the Underworld. The story goes that Pluto was gifted a magic Helmet. The helmet’s primary function was to render its wearer invisible to foes, but it was also said to conceal the true nature of the wearer as well, making it easier to practice deceit. That is the aspect of Pluto the planet we must be wary and aware of – “Self-Deceit”.
In other words deceiving ourselves. What illusions have we created in our mind to hide those unhealed traumas and fears?
Karma plays a large part in Pluto retrograde, Pluto’s chief duty as God of the Underworld was meet the newly dead after they were rowed across the River Styx and then to bind the souls in chains and escort them to be judged. After they were judged according to the life they had lived and their deeds while on earth, Pluto then escorted them to their new homes in the underworld. Those who were judged to be good would live forever in in the blissful Elysiun Fields, the land of the blessed; the evil were sentenced to a dark eternity in Tartarus, the region of torment.
This obviously isnt literal but figuratively we all “self-judge” every day. And judge others.
Part of our dark side….
So take a few days to “allow” and before the Full Moon on 7th May take stock of what “comes up”. What aspects of yours and others dark side come to the surface. What fears.
Then use the time (2 days) either side of the Full Moon
to acknowledge these fears and aspects, ask for understanding on how they came about and request a healing for your body, mind, soul and spirit.
