1st February heralds a New Moon in Aquarius at 5.45am UK.
Aquarius is an AIR sign so this New Moon cycle is one that will have an effect on “the mind”, the head, the neck, the lungs and heart BUT ALSO Aquarius is attached to changes in the lower legs, knees and ankles.
This new moon in Aquarius is going to be a peak moment in so many ways but definitely for the truth coming out! Be that in our Outer World (the people and Universe around us) and in our Inner World (our feelings, thoughts, emotions and physical body). This is actually helping us change in readiness for moving into the Aries equinox on Sunday 20th March. Energies are going to be intense throughout this whole year. There is no getting away from that or the energy! The Aries Equinox is the Astrological new year so in Astrological terms that date will be the start of something “big”. The positive energy available up to that point is amazing but “positive” doesn’t mean we will necessarily always feel our best during this time. We will really feel it in some particular areas perhaps with Tinnitus, insomnia, feeling wired, headaches, bodily changes, all of these will be there just as they have been since the start of the 2022. The best way to think of it is as a “software upgrade”. The physical earth is experiencing massive Geomagnetic energy and solar flares. So immense energy is entering the earth. Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus. Uranus is the planet of fast paced and fast moving energy. It is the bringer of revelations and revolutions. So, it will feel intense, an incredible feeling of momentum but thats to be expected as it is a New Moon AND a New Beginning.

Aquarius is the sign of truth and science. This year we are going to see a lot of truth about science come to light. It is a visionary and future orientated year. It captures the energy of freedom and the higher mind. Uranus is the energy of the Awakener and plays a large role in this new moon. But be aware, these surges of energy are often unstable so it is VITAL you have some quick “go to” tools to help ground you in an instant!

The planets, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Pluto are all in the sign of Capricorn at this time. These planets are about digging deep. About getting to the bottom to things. Unearthing things. Digging up secrets, especially sexual and financial secrets. Especially the secrets and lies of those who think they are untouchable and above the laws of nature, the land and of humanity.
This New Moon will also herald a time of opportunity, a timely building new social structures. So you should use this time to start building new POSITIVE HABITS. This again links back to yesterdays post on Venus returning direct that you can find here.
