New Moon in Scorpio
This new moon is one of Transformation, but not through the ususal methods. This moon cycle it is time to dance with your demons. Now is the time to embrace the power of the Scorpio sign. You may feel a bit irritable and moody and want to spend more time alone or in deep thought. This looking inward will be helpful and allow you to connect with your Shadow Side.
Actions to take during this moon cycle…
Take time to sit with the bits of you that you’d normally hide away from. Scorpio is about learning to “slow-dance” with our dark side.
Make a concerted effort not to judge anyone, including yourself! Set yourself a challenge – see if you can go a full 24 hours without judging anyone…
Release what no longer serves you. Have a de-clutter, that may be physically or even emotionally. Clear out old paperwork and photos that no longer bring you joy.
During this moon cycle would be a good time to use essential oils that will calm, improve insight and intuition including Frankincense, which is the essential oil of truth, Chamomile which relaxes and calms but allows the mind to stay open to new learnings and Clary Sage which supports shamanic journeying, visualisations and meditation.
